Quality Building Services (QBS) exceeded my expectations throughout the entire building process.

I was impressed with the professional approach demonstrated by Brad Freer, the lead project manager at QBS right from the planning stage through to the completion of my new home in Forde.  My home was built well within the required timeframe and within budget of the contract price.  

QBS won me over with their responsiveness, attention to detail and their overall desire to please. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Brad.   An example of this was his willingness and flexibility by allowing for after hours appointments. . 

Brad was in constant contact with me throughout the entire project, always ensuring that I was kept informed of significant matters relating to the progress of the build.  His vigilant approach and his excellent interpersonal skills ensured that the quality and craftsmanship of my home was of the highest calibre. Brad took great pride in delivering the home that I expected and treated the entire building process as if they were building their own home..

I would highly recommend Brad and his team at QBS to engage in a contract build as they exceeded all my expectations.  Thanks again Brad and your team for such a great job!
